Suroor Collections takes every reasonable step to ensure that orders are packed securely and delivered within the specified timeframe. For products that are ready for dispatch, orders are generally dispatched within 5 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays, under normal circumstances. We work with reputed logistics partners to ensure that your order reaches you safely and in the shortest possible time. In certain cases, Suroor Collections may arrange delivery directly without using a third-party logistics partner. Please note that delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on the location and the logistics partner handling the shipment.
Suroor Collections applies a flat, non-refundable shipping charge per order. The applicable shipping charges are inclusive of taxes. Once your order has been dispatched, the details of the logistics partner along with the tracking number will be shared with you through email and SMS. The estimated delivery date provided by the logistics partner is only an approximation. Suroor Collections is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
Before completing your payment, you will be required to provide your shipping address. Please ensure that all shipping details, including your name, address, PIN code, contact number, and any relevant landmark, are accurate and complete. Suroor Collections will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Suroor Collections aims to provide delivery services across India. However, delivery is currently available only in areas covered by our logistics partners. When placing an order, you will be asked to enter your PIN code to check whether delivery is available in your area. If your location is outside the serviceable delivery network of our logistics partners, we may not be able to process or deliver your order.
Orders are generally dispatched within 5 working days from the date the order is placed, subject to the product being ready for dispatch. After your order has been successfully handed over to the logistics partner, you will receive a unique tracking number via email and SMS. You can use the tracking number on the logistics partner's website to check the current status of your shipment and the estimated delivery date. Under normal circumstances, most orders are delivered within 5 working days across India. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, logistics partner, weather conditions, government guidelines, and other unforeseen circumstances.
The logistics partner will make a maximum of two delivery attempts to deliver your order. If you remain unavailable after two delivery attempts, Suroor Collections reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion.
